Menstrual Phase Meditation
Our menstrual phase is a sacred time of rest and release. We as women release both physically and energetically during our menstrual phase. This release can be of our own energy or the energy of those around us, even the collective. This practice guides you on a journey of energetically releasing all that needs to go before you are rebirthed again.
